Turbo C++ For Win xp /7/8

 I found that most of people have problem to run Turbo C++ on windows 7 and windows 8. But you can now use Turbo C++ in full screen mode on win 7 and win 8. I have personally tested this version of Turbo C on Win 7 and Win 8 operating system.
